Types of Partners 

Certified Partner

This is the first level of Genetec’s Channel Partner Program, which acknowledges Genetec partners who are actively selling our solutions. Admission to this level is dependent on successful completion of required training classes, a demonstrated ability to provide level-one support to end users, and proven ability to meet minimum purchasing volume requirements. Project registration incentives and demo equipment are available to Certified Partners.

Certified Elite Partner

This second level of Genetec’s Channel Partner Program rewards partners who are pro-actively promoting and selling our license plate recognition, video surveillance or access control solution as their preferred platform in these applications. These certified retailers are loyal to the Genetec brand, lead with the Genetec solution in all potential projects and have an in-depth understanding of AutoVu, Omnicast or Synergis with proven experience in the implementation and support of these products. This level provides partners with additional status privileges such as sales leads, training discounts, complimentary 24/7 dealer technical support, and co-marketing opportunities. A limited number of partners are accepted within this level per region.

Unified Elite Partner

This is the highest level of the Genetec retailer program and recognizes partners who are proactively promoting and selling both Genetec’s video and access control solutions or our entire suite of solutions including AutoVu. Unified Elite partners have proven experience implementing and supporting these products, and receive additional status privileges by successfully completing all advanced-level training classes, providing quarterly business strategy updates, and demonstrating exceptional business performance. These partners are loyal to the Genetec brand and lead with Genetec solutions in all potential projects. Benefits of this partnership include the first option for sales leads, prioritized service with technical support, complimentary 24/7 dealer technical support and co-marketing activities. A limited number of partners are accepted within this level per region.

Mobile Elite Partner

This is a unique level of the Genetec Channel Partner Program that acknowledges partners who only specialize in selling and installing Genetec’s AutoVu license plate recognition solution in mobile applications. Mobile Elite partners have proven experience in AutoVu mobile applications, generate exceptional business volume and have successfully completed all AutoVu-specific training courses. These partners will benefit from access to prioritized technical support, demo equipment, and AutoVu-specific project registration incentives.

The Channel Partner Portal: Making It Even Easier to Do Business with Genetec

Genetec’s Channel Partner Portal provides you the dealer with access to all the tools and information you need, right when you need it. When used to its full benefit, this portal will make your organization almost completely autonomous. Only approved members of Genetec’s Channel Partner Program have access to Genetec’s Channel Partner Portal, so apply to the program now.
